Whether you are getting married at one of our accredited venues or holding the wedding at home or elsewhere, we will work with you to ensure your day is all you wished for and more.

At the initial consultation we will discuss the plan of the day, ensuring that we incorporate your ideas and thoughts. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown highlighting the areas you need to consider and suggest other suppliers from florists to marquee companies, cake-makers to photographers, as required

In the ensuing months we are always on hand to lend support wherever needed and whatever the issue, food related or not, which of course leads us to the exciting bit.

Graham Green and his team of chefs are here to provide you with an amazing menu to choose from, incorporating ideas from Graham’s renowned restaurant in Canberra, Australia,’ The Green Herring’, through to constantly evolving dishes using an array of local seasonal produce. So whether it’s new Romney Lamb, Tenterden Pork or Kangaroo all the way from Australia you can be assured of a menu that your guests will still be talking about long after the wedding.

We provide group tastings in our quieter months January – March where you can sample up to 10 dishes from each course and meet the chefs and discuss any special requirements you may have as well as getting to talk to other couples who often like to exchange ideas.

On the day itself we provide a full co-ordination service, laying the tables with your decorations, favours etc and liaising with photographers and the bestman so you can just relax and enjoy.
